This website is operated by Brianna Finch Dietetics. The information provided on this website is general in nature and does not replace personalised medical, nutrition or health advice.
2. Health disclaimer
Any information on this website is for general education only. For individual advice, please speak with your GP, dietitian or relevant healthcare professional.
3. Appointments
Submitting an enquiry form does not confirm an appointment. I will contact you personally to discuss your child’s needs and arrange a suitable appointment time where appropriate.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are outlined on the Services & Fees page. Payment is required at the time of consultation unless otherwise arranged. Any additional services, reports or documentation will be discussed before being provided.
5. Medicare, private health and NDIS
I am a private billing practitioner and do not bulk bill. Medicare rebates may be available with a valid GP Chronic Disease Management referral. Private health rebates may apply depending on your level of cover. NDIS services are available for self-managed and plan-managed participants where appropriate.
6. Cancellations
At least 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and non-attendance may incur the full consultation fee.
7. Website content
I make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date, but I do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or suitable for every individual circumstance.
